Which day appeared the said Budd<br />
for the said ffowder and made himselfe<br />
party for him and alleadged that the<br />
said Arnold and Elias Beake doe sue<br />
and implead the said ffowder at the comon<br />
lawe for a matter or thinge belonginge to the<br />
Jurisdiction of this Court in contempt thereof and<br />
thereupon the Judges at his petition did decree the<br />
said Arnold and Elias Beake to be monished to<br />
appeare in the dyning chamber et cetera upon wednesday the<br />
two and twentith day of this instant month of March<br />
betweene the houres of nine and twelve in the<br />
morninge of the same day to declare whether they have<br />
any cause of action against the said ffowder for any other<br />
flax then such as was taken and seized by him at Sea being<br />
Comissionated lawfully thereunto in a certayne shippe named<br />
the ''Love'' whereof [?hubritcht] Johnson was master and to show<br />
cause why they should not be proceeded against in this Court for<br />
their Contempt and vilifyinge of the Jurisdiction of the<br />
Admiralty of England in sueinge for the said fflax in the<br />
Sheriffs Courte in the Guildhall London./.

summe of 600 ''li'' of lawfull money of England to<br />
the said John hodgson and John Easton to<br />
answeare the action in this behalfe commenced against the<br />
said Shippe and to pay what the said Palmer and others<br />
aforesaid shalbe Condemned in with expences of suite in<br />
case they shalbe overthrowne And unles et cetera which Caution<br />
the Judges reaceaved and decreed the said shipp to bee<br />
