Ad 5 rendet that the said shipp ''Winefat'' is about two yeares old, and that<br />
hee never saw her at Stockholme, and saith hee neither knoweth how<br />
long the said Roberts hath had or bin master of her, nor who was<br />

Ad 6 rendet that it is about three or foure yeeres since hee this deponent<br />
was last at Stockholme, and saith hee did not at any time write to<br />
to the said Gaspar Roberts till his bringing up to Garnsey, and then hee<br />
wrote to him that hee was so brought up, and in greate trouble, and<br />
hath since advised him by letters from hence that hee was come hether and<br />
was using his diligence by meanes of the Swedish Resident to get himselfe<br />
and shipp and goods cleared, the last time of such his writing to him<br />
hee saith was friday last was seavenight, and speedily expecteth<br />
an answer, but as yet hee hath not at any time received ant letter from<br />

beleeveth the two letters thereunto fixed now remaining in Court and<br />
showd unto him, and his said shipp booke which is kept back, and<br />
some slight papers besides of noe moment not concerning the<br />
voyage, all which papers and all writings that were in the said shipp<br />
