mentioned in the schedule annexed to the said Allegation nowe<br />
showed unto him, to goe and serve in the said ship ''Anne''<br />
from this port. to Yarmouth, and from thence to<br />
the streights. and to returne againe to this port. And<br />
saith that the schedulate Christopher Malym Mate; and<br />
Carpenter of the said Ship, was hyred at 3: ''li'' per moneth to goe the said<br />
Voyage; Thomas Garret Carpenter of the said ship at 1: [XXX GUTTER]<br />
per moneth to go the said voayage Bethel Tinke A Common marriner of the said<br />

their halfe pay at Yarmouth and thereby knoweth the<br />
premisses, but saith hee knoweth not for how much<br />

at, but saith hee well knoweth that hee well deserved<br />

To the 4th and 5th hee saith that after the said Wm Malym<br />
had hyred the foresd mariners at the rates aforesaid to<br />
goe the said Voyage; the said ship the ''Anne'' Departed<br />
from Gravesend on the 13th of November. 1657: and<br />
sailed to Yarmouth, and there the said William Malym<br />
paid all his officers and Mariners, their halfe pay; and<br />
this deponent (as hee saith) beleeveth that the said Malim<br />
did Charge the same downe to the account of the said<br />
Francis Fowke; and saith that notwithstanding the said [XXXX GUTTER]<br />
halfe pay was paid to them at Yarmouth, they entred<br />
whole pay from the day of the said ships departure from [??Gravesend GUTTER]<br />
And further saith that at Yarmouth there was a Lading<br />
of Herrings put on board her, with whch she sailed to<br />
