aged 32 yeeres or thereabouts sworne before<br />
the right worshipfull John Godolphin doctor of lawes<br />
one of the Judges of the High Court of the<br />
Admiralty of Englabd saith and deposeth by<br />
vertue of his Oath.
That the Bill of Sale nowe showed unto him this Deponent<br />
being of the Tenor followeing videlicet To all people<br />
to whom this present writing sall come I Yolke ffredericx master<br />
of the good ship or Vessell called the ''Saint Peter'' of London of the burthen<br />
of Two hundred Tonns or thereabouts now ryding at Anchor in the<br />
River of Thames doe send greeting Knowe you that I the said Yolke<br />
ffrederix for and in Consideration of foure hundred and ffifty pounds<br />
of Lawfull money of England to mee in hand at and before thensealing<br />
and delivery thereof well and truely paid by Henry White, and tHomas<br />
Russell of Lambeth in the County of Surrey Merchants the receipt whereof<br />
I doe by theise presents acknowledge and myselfe to be thereof and therewith<br />
fully satisfyed and paid
