Merchant which in reallity and truth they were not, and<br />
that the said Bill of lading in the said Dutch Tongue<br />
was made of Purpose and onely Colourable to the<br />
end, that if the said ship should meete with any Spanish<br />
men or man of warr, and should be surprized or<br />
visited by them the said Dutch Bill might be shewed<br />
thereby to save and secure the said Goods from seizure and<br />

Lodging of Mr John Caseby Merchant of London, and the<br />
said Antonio Rodriguez Robles to the said [XXXX], and that<br />

and Colourable, and meerely used for Colour to save<br />
the said goods from Surprizall and Condemnation as aforesaid<br />
