natus 33 aut eo circiter testis in hac causa<br />
productus juratus et examinatus dicit et<br />
deponit put sequitur videlicet./
Ad 1um. 2um. et 3um. Arlos dicta Allonis deponit et dicit the<br />
Deponit very well knoweth the producents Thomas Bretton,<br />
Symon Delboe, Andrew Middleton and Company, and<br />
hath done for severall years past; and sayth that<br />
for all the time arlate and a long time before they have been and<br />
still are as ought to be the true and lawful owners and<br />
proprietors of the Arlate ship the ''Experience'' and of the<br />
tackle, apparrell and furniture, and for and as such<br />
were and are generally accounted reputed and taken, which hee<br />
knoweth for that he served in the sayd ship for thirty monethes<br />
next before the voyage in question and hath severall<br />
times seene them as some of them on board her in the River<br />
of Thames before her proceeding upon the voyage in question<br />
about giving orders for the management of the said voyage. And<br />
further sayth that in or about the months of July or August<br />
last was twelve months they the said producents caused a<br />
Cargoe of goods and merchandizes to the value of [?XXX]<br />
thousand pounds sterling at least to be put on board the<br />
ship here in the river of Thames for their owne accompts<br />
and before the ladin there of they also constituted<br />
one John Kingsman captain commander of her, and one William<br />
Croxon factor or Supra Cargoe of her and then sent her<br />
out with the aforesaid lading on board her on a trading<br />
voyage to be made from this port to Lisbone, from thence to some<br />
port or ports in Brazeele, from thence to Lisbone<br />
and soe to returne to this port. And sayth that both the sayd<br />
Kingsman and Croxon were and are Englishmen<br />
subjects of the king of England, and for such generally<br />
accounted, and that the said ship with her aforesaid lading<br />
on board her did shortly after the lading thereof depart<br />
this port under the conduct of the aforesaid Captain Kingsman<br />
and arrived therewith in safety at Lisbone about the latter<br />
and of September last was twelve month; All which hee<br />
knoweth for that he was by the sayd Kingsman shipped as<br />
Gunner of the said ship for the said voyage, and in [?that ?post]<br />
arrived in her at Lisbone./
Ad 4n deponit et dicit that after the said ship arrived at Lisbone<br />
her supra Cargoe William Croxon did there unlade and take out<br />
