and were to have beene transported in the sayd shipp from<br />
thence to this port, and here to have been delivered to [?his]<br />
or their order. The premisses he deposeth for that<br />
he was Boatswaine of the sayd shipp the voyage in question and<br />
received such goods as were put on board her by them here in the<br />
river of Thames before her departure hence on the<br />
sayd voyage, and signed receipts for the same which receipts he [?sent]<br />
up to London to the sayd Gregory, Bence and Allen<br />
and for that he tooke the foresayd Galls and silkes aboard<br />
the ''ffree-trade'' at Scanderoone. Et alr nescit./
