And saith that of this deponents certaine knowledge (who was Master<br />
of the said ship and aboard her at her seizure by the said<br />
Peruglia) the goods taken out of the said ship, and caused<br />
to be taken out of her by the said Peruglia and his Officers<br />
and Company as aforesaid amounted to a farr greater vallue<br />
than the money lent by this deponent and his Purser upon Cambio<br />
Maritinco, which amounted to the number of 9800 dollars as in this<br />
deponents former deposition is declared. And further deposeth not.

Ad [?drum] allegatione deicit et deponit that hee well knoweth the shipp the<br />
''Judith'' allegate and hath soe donne for theise three monethes last or thereabouts<br />
during which space shee hath (as hee saith) laine neare the key of Leigh in a<br />
very perishing and almost perished condition, being as hee saith through leakines<br />
sunck every tide, till very lately that shee hath byn by the said hedge stopped with<br />
a little Okam to keep her from being quite spoiled, and there hee saith shee<br />
lieth still in a deserted and forlorne condition, and soe that if shee be not<br />
presently repaired and care taken for her preservation, shee will soone be with<br />
