said voyage, the Arlate Symon Bonython did hyre<br />
John Williams as Masters mate, and [?John GUTTER]<br />
Woodward as Chirurgeon, and Merline Hescox as [?carpenter GUTTER]<br />
of the said ship, and all and every other the mariners and [?those GUTTER]<br />
whose names are expressed in the schedule here[?under GUTTER]<br />
annexed, (which this deponent hath now seen and casued to be read<br />
unto him) at the severall and respective rates therein<br />
mentioned and set downe, and that they the said mariners<br />
after such their hyring enter into the ships imployment<br />
and were entered into whole pay upon the 9.th day of [?December GUTTER]<br />
1659, and served in her the respective monethes and dayes [?sett GUTTER]<br />
downe and expressed in the foresaid schedule, and were [XXX GUTTER]<br />
received (according Agreement between the said Bonython [?and GUTTER]<br />

hath heard the said Bonython oftentimes confesse the same<br />

said voyage, and was hyred according to the rate [?mentioned GUTTER<br />
in the said schedule abd received part of his wages in Ireland after that rate. Et alr nescit./
Ad 4.um dicit That after the foresaid 9.th day of December<br />
1659. the said Symon Bonython and Company did sayle<br />
with the said ship from, the port of Bristoll to goe to the [XXX GUTTER]<br />
and thence to London Derry in Ireland, and in each of the said [XXX GUTTER]<br />
did discharge and relade goods and merchandizes for the [XX GUTTER]<br />
account of the ffreighters aforesaid and did bring home diverse<br />
wares and merchandizes for the account aforesaid to the port of<br />
Bristoll, and there delivered the same in safety. And [XX GUTTER]<br />
that the foresaid Master and mariners of the said ship did [?doe GUTTER]<br />
their service in her well and truly discharge their respective<br />
duties and offices of this deponents sight and certaine knowledge<br />

after his returne to Bristoll arrested by John William[?s GUTTER]<br />
Masters mate of the said ship the voyage in question for his wages for [XXX GUTTER]<br />
service done in her, and was forced to pay him and [?severall GUTTER]<br />
others (if not all) of the said ships Company their wages [?accord= GUTTER]<br />
ing to the rates, and the times respectively mentioned in<br />
the foresaid schedule, which this deponent knoweth being [?there GUTTER]<br />
