Ad 1.um 2.um 3.um et [?Xum] dictae Allonis dicit et deponit that he this deponent<br />
in or about the months of August and September 1657. did [XXX GUTTER]<br />
six and twenty hogsheads of Tobaccoe which were brought [XXX GUTTER]<br />
(as this deponent beleeveth) upon the account of a Planter of Virginia about the sayd [XXXX GUTTER]<br />
and the reason of his soe veiweing of them was for that [?hee GUTTER]<br />
intended (if hee ciuld) to have helped the said Planter to [XXX GUTTE]<br />
Chapman but a Short time after the said Hogsheads of To[?ccoe GUTTER]<br />

this deponent bought of the said Mr Beamont, and paid<br />
