To the 10th and the schedule therein mentioned now by him read hee saith<br />
and deposeth, that the said schedule was and is true]<br />
really subscribed by William Jones the foresaid Major of<br />
Swanzey, and severall oficers of Swanzey all knowne<br />
to this Deponent this Deponent being present and seing the said<br />
Major and the rest of the Persons subscribe the same
To the 11th. hee saith that the aforesaid Originall<br />
Comission Granted by his said Royall highnes came<br />
to the hands of the said Seizors, and further deposeth<br />
