To the first article hee saith and Deposeth that for and during all the<br />

James Bogle John Walkinshawe and Company (all [XXXX] whom this deponent well knoweth) were the true<br />
and Lawfull owners of the arlate. ship the ''Hope''. and her tackle<br />
