a wittnesse sworne and examined saith and deposeth as followeth<br />

To the 8th Article of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
that hee this deponent well knewe the ship the ''Agreement'' (whereof<br />
Nicholas harewood was Master,) at her last being at the Barbadoes<br />
which was in the yeere of our Lord 1654: and this deponent<br />
as hee saith was Comander of a ship Called the ''Morea''<br />
''Merchant'', which lay at the Barbadoes at the same time<br />
the said ship ''Agreement'' was thereas aforesaid, And saith that in<br />
the said yeere 1654: the Usuall rates for Mariners that<br />
served in ships, from England to the Barbadoes per moneth, were<br />
