To the 8th hee referreth himselfe to the R … To the 8th hee referreth himselfe to the Registry of<br />
this Court and further cannot depose.
To the 9th hee saith that the said George Shawe<br />
by reason hee hath not receaved the money<br />
due to him as aforesaid hath suffered great [?losse GUTTER]<br />
and damage but how much hee cannot<br />
Estimate, And further cannot Answer./:
To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true<br />
upon the rest not Examined by Direction of [?Mr GUTTER]<br />

To the first hee saith hee Commeth to Testify [? GUTTER]<br />
by the Comand of the said George Shawe<br />
who is this Deponents ffather, and saith it will be neither<br />
profit nor prejudice to him, whether the said George<br />
Shawe recover the money in Question or not, and other<br />
wise Negatively./.
To the second hee saith that hee helped to Carry<br />
the sayles in the said Schedule mentioned to the waterside and<br />
sawe them and all the rest of the things schedulate<br />
put into boates, and the watermen afterwards ~<br />
affirmed to this Deponent that that same were delivered<br />
onboard the said Ship, And saith that the said<br />
George Shaw hath told this Deponent that hee hath<br />
receaved the summe of twelve pound sixteene shillings<br />
and six pence in part of the summe of 41 [? GUTTER]<br />
due to him for the things Schedulate. And<br />
saith that the said Treworghy signed the said<br />
Shaw's bill at this deponent verily beleeveth<br />
And further cannot Answer saving as aforesaid
