fault and negligence of the said Lowezick and Company or some<br />
of them in Coming up soe fast as aforesd and in putting the helme<br />
a starboard when they should have put it a port, and not by any<br />
fault or negligence whatsoever in the said Hall or any of his<br />
Company. and further Deposeth not
To the 6th hee saith that the said ship the ''Agreement'' did both<br />
come foule of the ''Abigail'', but the ''Abigail'' on the ''Agreement''<br />
by meanes aforesaid./
To the :7th hee saith that when the said men that were on the ''Agreements''<br />
deck as aforesaid sawe the ''Abigail'' coming towards them in<br />
manner aforesaid they did not onely endeavour to prevent the same<br />
