To the 7th hee saith that the ''Suzan'' lay neerest to the ''Warewell''<br />
the time Interrate and saith there was a ship or two that lay<br />
not farr from the ''Warewell'' the said time and otherwise cannot<br />

To the 9th hee saith that the said Clarke did Cause the said Anchor<br />
upon which the said ship bilged, to be Carried ashore<br />
but this deponent saith hee knoweth not what is become thereof<br />
and saith in his Estimation, it weighed about 200. lb weight<br />
