last or thereabouts, and frequenting the River<br />
of Thames. And further saith that all and singular<br />
the damage aforesaid came and happened by the<br />
said Anchor lying without a boy in the said place,<br />
and not by any Carelesseness of or in the said<br />
Clarke and Company, And further cannot depose./.

To the 13th hee referreth himselfe to the Registry of this<br />

To the 14th hee saith that hee verily beleeveth the<br />
said Clarke and Company (besides the foresaid<br />
damages are damnified to the summe or vallue of<br />
Tenne pounds sterling at the least, in the losse of the said<br />
Ships Imployment and forbearance of the said money<br />
and further cannot depose./.
