Merchant aged twenty eight yeares or thereabouts a wittnesses<br />
sworne and examined saith and deposeth as followeth videlicet/
To the thirteenth article of the sayd allegation hee saith that the arlate [?Sydrach]<br />
Blake the voyage in question did bring home in the shipp the ''Industrie''<br />
upon Tonnage hired there of Mr Gowen Painter the then Agent there of<br />
Mr John Page partie in ths suite (as by letter of Advice from Arthur Ingram<br />
this deponents correspondent then at the Canaries hee was informed) the<br />
number of forty pipes of wyne for Accompt of this deponent and<br />
Arthur Ingram the lader therof, and one Mr Robert Ingram his brother<br />
in thirds videlicet to each a like part for all which forty pipes of wyne<br />
the sayd Blake signed bills of ladeing (as hee beleeveth for that hee receaved bills of ladeing importing soe [?XXX] and receaved freight of this<br />
