And saith the laders did respectively contract and were really to have<br />
paid for the transportation of the severall and respective parcells, and [?XX]<br />

remembrance, referring himselfe for the more ceraintie therein to his bils<br />
of lading, freight booke and papers seized by those of the ''Maidstone frigot''<br />

wealth. And further hee cannot depose.
