London Ship Chandler, aged 20 yeares or thereabouts<br />
sworne and examined.
To the first and second articles of the said allegation and schedule<br />
annexed, hee saith and deposeth that the time arlate namely<br />
in the monethes of March and Aprill 1654, the producent Mary<br />
dell (nowe Bettenham) being then a widow, kept a shipp Chandlers<br />
shopp, and sold Provisions and materialls to the use of shipps, and<br />
was then the Lawfull owner and proprietor of all and singular<br />
the goods materialls and provisions mentioned and expressed<br />
in the schedule annexed to the said allegation and now showed unto him<br />
and by him read and perused, And that on or about the [XXXX GUTTER]<br />
