give order to the Mariners to tacke about for the Landesend and soe for London<br />
and that the greater part of the Mariners of the sayd<br />
shipp absolutely refused to obey the sayd Masters command in<br />
that behalfe, pretending a want of victualls, although<br />
there was (he is sure) eight dayes provision then good<br />
and proportions [?out], And he saith that upon the<br />
Mariners refusall to sayle the sayd shipp with<br />
her lading to London, she was carryed with her lading to Bristoll, The<br />
premisses he deposeth for that he was Chirurgions Mate<br />

To the fourth he deposeth that after the delivery at Bristoll<br />
of the sayd shipps inward lading, there being a talke<br />
aboard the shipp that other goods were to be laden aboard<br />
her to be brought to this port of London, he heard the arlate<br />
Thomas Woodfall say he would blowe all to the Devill,<br />
if they brought any new goods to be laden aboard the<br />
sayd shipp before they (meaning the Mariners) were payd<br />
their wages for the old or last voyage, And that the<br />
deponent sayth that when afterwards a Lighter of iron<br />
was brought to the shipps side to be laden aboard her.<br />
