To thE first hee saith hee hath an eighth part in the said shipp the ''hare in the''<br />

her said seizure, referring himselfe for the particularities of the said goods<br />
to his examination taken in the preparatorie, adding there unto that hee<br />
had alsoe a bale of Cinamon for his owne accompt aboard together with<br />
three small barrells of yellow dying stuff, some Rolls of tobacco, and some<br />
snuff tobaccoe, and some hoopes; and saith it will be very comodious<br />
for him to be dispatched by the restitution of his shipp and goods, lying here<br />
at greate charges, and will be advantagious to him.
