To the first and second articles of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that this<br />
deponent being borne and living in Galloway in Ireland neere the dwelling of<br />
the father of the producent david Kir[?man] there, well knoweth the said david to be<br />
a native of that place and a subiect of this Commonwealth, and knewe him brought<br />
up and educated there by his father Edmund Kir[?man], and saith that for some<br />
space last the said david hath lived at Amsterdam where this deponent was<br />
with him about 7 or 8 moneths since, and saith hee is a batchelour and liveth<br />
there only as a factor and merchant stranger, and is a yonge man of about<br />
25 or 26 yeares of age, and for such as aforesaid hee was and is commonly<br />
accompted and reputed; And otherwise hee cannot depose.

not, and otherwise negatively saving his foregoeing deposition.
