To the first hee saith that hee hath lived in London about two yeares last and<br />
before that in Galloway about 15 monethes, and before that in Amsterdam and Zealand<br />

merchandize betwixt Spaine, ffrance and holland, and that hee was borne at Galloway<br />
and is of Kinne afarr off to the said david Kirwan, and otherwise negatively.

or thereabouts sworne and examined.
To the first and second articles of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that this<br />
deponent being borne and living in Galloway in Ireland neere the dwelling of<br />
the father of the producent david Kir[?man] there, well knoweth the said david to be<br />
a native of that place and a subiect of this Commonwealth, and knewe him brought<br />
up and educated there by his father Edmund Kir[?man], and saith that for some<br />
space last the said david hath lived at Amsterdam where this deponent was<br />
with him about 7 or 8 moneths since, and saith hee is a batchelour and liveth<br />
there only as a factor and merchant stranger, and is a yonge man of about<br />
25 or 26 yeares of age, and for such as aforesaid hee was and is commonly<br />
accompted and reputed; And otherwise hee cannot depose.

saith hee is of some kinne to the producent but in what degree hee knoweth<br />
not, and otherwise negatively saving his foregoeing deposition.
