swore hee would never come t Saint Malo's againe, and this deponent beleeveth<br />
hee hath never bin at Saint Malo's since, for if hee had, hee beleeveth hee<br />
should have knowne thereof, being of his acquaintance and that being the<br />
place of this deponents continuall residence and dwelling to this time.<br />
And saith hee hath heard that the said William Bolyn, Simon de La [?GXXd]<br />
is a married man and hath taken a dutch woman to wife, and further<br />
that hee is coomonly accompted and reputed a Burgher of Amsterdam<br />
and a subiect of the Lords the States of the United Netherlands having<br />
lived there about eleaven or twelve yeares as aforesaid. And otherwise<br />
hee cannot depose.

said Belin, nor hath any interest in the shipp or lading in question, which<br />

To the first and second articles of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that<br />
hee well knoweth the producent William Bolyn, commonly called |Monsieur<br />
le Gard Bolyn, and hath soe donne for theise tenn yeares last past, hee<br />
for that space livimng at Amsterdam where this deponent hath soe longe and<br />
longer lived, And there this deponent hath had acquaintance with him<br />
