approved therof they thought it convenient to shipp the<br />
said Linnens for Cadiz for his the said Lopez de<br />
Apatris his Account, And he deposeth that he the<br />
deponent was consulted with in the busines by the said<br />
Aranguren and that the said Letter and Letters<br />
(some if not all) were communicated unto Thomas de Guzman<br />
his precontest (an intimate freind of him the said<br />
de Aranguren) aswell as unto this deponent, And<br />
that the said de Aranguren did after deliberation and<br />
advise had therin conclude that the sayd woolls showld be<br />
sold and Linnens bought with the proceed therof, and<br />
that the said Linnensshowld be shipt aboard the said<br />
hollad shipp called the ''hare in the feild'' to<br />
be transported to Cadiz for his the sayd Lopez<br />
de Apatris his Account, The premisses he deposeth for<br />
that he was advised and consulted with in the said busines<br />
by the sayd de Aranguren, and had imparted and<br />
communicated unto him all or most of the Letters from the first<br />
to the last, and that the sayd de Aranguren told this deponent<br />
that he the sayd de Aranguren would give order and directions<br />
to the said de Baud and De La ffitt to the purpose predeposed<br />
And further he cannot depose.
To the sixth and seaventh articles of the said allegation he<br />
deposeth and saith That the arlate Bertram de Baud and<br />
Mathew de La ffitt did in persuanace of the orders and<br />
directions given them by the sayd Melchior de Aranguren<br />
sell and dispose of the said redd wooll as he beleiveth and with the proceed<br />
therof they did buy the nine bales of Linnen arlate for the<br />
account of the said Lopez de Apatris the producentm, and<br />
did for his account lade the said nine bales of Linnen<br />
aboard the arlate shipp the ''hare in the feild'' to be transported<br />
to Cadiz and to be there delivered to the said Lopez de<br />
Apatris or to his Assignes for his account (they being<br />
his owne proper goods, as bought with the proceed of the<br />
said redd woolls, wherof he was sole owner and Proprietor<br />
as the said de Baud and De La ffitt his ffactors or Agents<br />
did by their Letters acknowledge and declare, And he<br />
deposeth that the sayd nine bales of Linnen were marked and<br />
numbred as in the Margent, The premisses he deposeth
