and with the said shipp. And further cannot depose./
To the 11th hee saith, hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition, wherein hee hath<br />
declared the trueth of his knowledge as to the Cobtract arlate, and<br />
saith hee this deponent did not make any other Contract or agreement<br />
for or concerning the bringing home of the shipp in Controversie. And<br />
further or otherwise then referring himselfe to the said Contract hee<br />
cannot depose:-
