[CENTRE HEADING] To the first Interrogatory he answereth negatively to all. To the second and third Interrogatoryes he answereth that he<br /> referreth himselfe to his former deposition And otherwise or<br /> further cannot answeare./ To the fourth Interrogatory he answereth that the interrate Anthony<br /> Streete was in <u>Sally</u> after the shipp interrate was brought in<br /> thither, and that he hath heard the said Streete bemoane his<br /> condition having lost his shipp and being a Captive, but that<br /> he never heard him speake of Alderman ffredeerick, And<br /> further he cannot answeare. To the fifth Interrogatory he referreth himsewlfe to his former deposition<br /> and further cannot answeare.
