the master and company of the ''Charitie'', which happened on the<br />
day of the seizure off dungenesse where they met with the ''Charitie''<br />
And otherwise hee cannot depose.
To the third hee answereth megatively to all parts thereof<br />
saving as aforesaid, and saving that the said Smith was allsoe one<br />
of the Quarter masters of the man of warr, as this deponent<br />
was.
