Transcription knowledge, And saith That upon such the saknowledge, And saith That upon such the said shipps discharge hee this<br /> deponent payd for such goods as hee had aboard the said shipp ''Mary Rose''<br /> the full freight due for the same as if they had come to this Port of<br /> London, And hath credibly heard and beleeveth That the freight due<br /> for the rest of the goods then discharged out of the said shipps was payd<br /> to the Masters Owners or Agents of and for the same And<br /> further cannot depose/ To the 16th hee saith, That hee this deponent was at Porta fferrara<br /> when the goods in Controversie were discharged out of the said shipp<br /> ''Thomas Bonadventure'' and delivered according to the Custome of that<br /> place into a publique Warehouse there, which was and<br /> is a place appointed for the securing of goods thereinto receive, and is<br /> there commonly reputed a place of security for the same.
