hee knew not that it was laden, and that there was a man killed<br />
by the said shott; and saith the said Gunner was fledd out of the said<br />
shipp on shore before this deponent came aloft or knew what the<br />
matter was; And further that as hee was informed the said master had<br />
ordered him to make readie the aftermost gunn, but hee through<br />
mistake or neglect of his order made readie one by the maine mast, and<br />
that the same was fired or went off before any order given by<br />

this deponent heard a great crie and heard some say that there<br />
