she last came, and was bound to havre de Grace in ffrance<br />
thence to deliver the same to the use and accompt (as he hath<br />
heard) of the merchands of the Grand party in ffrance. As for<br />
the lader of the sayd salt or party to whom consigned or quantity thereof<br />
or price or writings touching the same he knoweth nothing<br />
thereof nor of any of them. And further cannot depose.
To the 6 and 7th he saith the saud shipp hath six gunnes five or six<br />
musketts, with some powder and ammunition, three Cables three<br />
anchors one suit of sayles and some double with other furniture<br />
and provisions.

the sayd shipp and hath belonged to her three monethes and came<br />
first on board att Callis. and further saving as aforesayd cannot<br />
depose.

a witnes sworne and examined saith and deposeth<br />
as followeth videlicet.
To the 1. 2. 3. 4. and fifth Interrogatories he saith he hath knowne the sayd<br />
shipp the ''Rye Blossome'' for theis three monethes now last past and<br />
first saw her and was hired to sayle in her and came aboard her att<br />
Callis in ffrance, the Owners of the sayd vessell or to what Port<br />
she did or doth belong he saith he knoweth not. But saith that<br />
she last came from Bronage in ffrance where she tooke in<br />
her present lading being salt and no other goods to be from<br />
thence transported to haver de grace in ffrance where she was<br />
to have made her discharge to and for the use and accompt<br />
of the ffrench merchants of the Grand party subiects of the<br />
kinge of ffrance. And otherwise he cannot depose not knowing<br />
the party that did lade the sayd salt nor upon what termes and<br />
conditions the same was laden.
To the 6. and 7th. he saith the sayd shipp hath six peices of SArtillery<br />
about six musketts with some powder and other munition, three<br />
Cables, four Anchors, a sute of sayles with other furniture<br />
and provisions.
