thereby well versed in and observing the Currant and selling price<br />
of such like commodities or provisions. And further hee cannot depose
To the 4th hee referreth himself to the Registrie of this Court And<br />

To the Interrogatories formerly administred in the<br />
Cause of Birdsey against Beale, and now<br />

To the first hee saith hee cometh to be a Wittnesse in this Cause at the<br />
request of the said John Cooke this deponents Master to whom hee<br />
hath no relation of kindred, and saith hee hath no share or interest in<br />
the Cause in question, and that hee is of the age of about 25. yeares, and<br />
