examined saith and deposeth as followeth videlicet:/
To the first second and third articles of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
That about 10. yeares since and for severall yeares before, and some yeares<br />
after that time, the forme fashion and modell of shipps built at Lubeck<br />
and other places in the Eastland was very much different and disagreeing<br />
from the fashion and composure used and practized in the United Netherlands<br />
and so much hee saith was and is easily to be observed and discerned by<br />
Merchants Mariners and shippwrights experienced in the composure of<br />
shipps of those places, those of Lubeck and the Eastlands built about that<br />
time being of a more strong rude and full timbred fabrick within, and<br />
