the sayd salt nor to whom the same was to be delivered nor what<br />
freight was to be payd for the same nor by whom nor where nor<br />
the value or certayne quantity thereof onely he heard the<br />
skipper say It was betwixt eight and nyne hundred but<br />
what sort of measure he meant thereby knoweth not. And<br />
further cannot depose.
To the 6. and 7th he saith the sayd shipp hath five gunnes, six<br />
