To the 4th he saith his sayd owners all inhabit in Amsterdam<br />
and appoynted this deponent master of the sayd vessell, and they<br />
in Aprill last sent this deponent from Amsterdam upon a<br />
trading designe with generall order by word of mouth to<br />
seeke for freight in ffrance to the best proffit, and<br />
since that tyme this deponent hath traded to and fro<br />
for freight. And the sayd Heysen according to a bill<br />
of lading and a Charter party in this behalfe made (which<br />
was sent by land) was to pay the freight for the present<br />
merchants lading of salt att Cherbourg aforesayd [#]

further cannot depose,
To the 5th Interrogatory he saith the lading of the sayd vessell<br />
is twenty six moy of salt of the measure of Pelliquen for<br />
merchants accompt. And one last and an halfe of salt for<br />
this deponent and shipps Company for which this deponent payd<br />
after the rate of two and twenty guilders per moye: And<br />
further saving as aforesayd cannot depose.
To the 6th he saith the sayd vessell being a small hoy hath noe<br />
gunnes powder or ammunition, but hath two Cables and one<br />
halfe Cable, three Anchors, a foresayle, a bezane,<br />
a mizzene, a [?Clewrock sayle or sprittsayle, a topsayle,<br />
a main sayle a Breivovk sayle, and a bonnet, and<br />
furniture fitt for such a vessell being together with<br />
the vessell worth about five thousand guilders- And<br />
further not having any sylver gold or Jewells on board<br />
him he cannot depose./
To the 7th he saith that the provisions on board the sayd<br />
vessell were halfe a tonne of flesh, two firkins of butter<br />
five loaves of bread, and a hogshead of bevergae, and<br />
some other things all for the shipps Companye. And<br />
further cannot depose
