lawes Judges of the high court of the Admiralty saith and<br />
deposeth by reason of his oath
Tha the shipp the ''ffortune'' of CaXXXXn was mett with and seized at<br />
sea to the Northward about ?Christmas last by<br />
Captaine John Dudley commander of the ''Mary'', w:ch hee knoweth<br />
being one of his companie and present and ?seeing the said seizure<br />
