is a Native of Dunquirke and hath lived 6. yeares at Cadiz in<br />
Spaine of this deponents knowledge, where he is married and keepeth<br />
house, And otherwise deposeth not:/
To the 5th 6th and 7th hee saith hee was not in the voyage in question, And therefore<br />
cannot depose thereunto, saving his foregoing depositions and saveing that hee<br />
beleeveth that the three bills of ladin annexed are reall, and not fictitious
To the 8th 9th and 10th hee cannot depose saving his foregoing deposition.
To the 11th hee saith that for the reasons by him predeposed hee is in<br />
Conscience convinced that the silver and moneys now Claymed doe<br />
really and truely belong to the said James Pincquett, and to no other person<br />
