producent had and got in the said Indies i … producent had and got in the said Indies in traffique the silver in question<br />
namely two barrs of the first marke in the margin of the said allegation<br />
one of the second marke and two of the third marke and a bagge of<br />
red wooll of the fourth marke, which hee carried with him from<br />
Lima to Panama and thence to Porto bello in the West Indias in which<br />
passage this deponent went in his company and tooke notice of the<br />
said parcells and markes, and at Porto bello the said producent and<br />
this deponent imbarqued themselves in the Vice Admirall of the<br />
Gallions for Spaine, in which vessell the said producent brought<br />
his said five barrs of silver and bagge of wooll of this deponents<br />
sight and knowledge, and upon their arrivall at Cadiz this deponent sawe<br />
him land the same and afterwards namely in the moneth of September<br />
last past or thereabouts this deponent sawe the said producent carry<br />
the said five barrs of silver and bagge of wooll into a boate at Cadiz<br />
to be carried and laden aboard the shipps ''Saint George'' and ''Sampson'' arlate<br />
then standing on the strand and assisting the said producent by way<br />
of furtherance and freindshipp in the said lading, and saith his precontest<br />
Thomas Sanchez da Orisa went alonge with the producent in the boate<br />
aboard the shipp[?s], and upon their retourne ashore they acquainted this<br />
deponent that the producent had laden the said two barrs of the first and one<br />
of the second marke aboard the ''Saint George'' and the two of the third<br />
marke and bagge of wooll aboard the ''Sampson''. And saith the said<br />
producent laded the said silver and wooll for Ostend and for his<br />
owne proper accompt and that hee was and is the sole owner thereof<br />
And otherwise hee cannot depose, referring himselfe to the said [?barres]<br />
for the markes weight and alloy.

To the first hee saith hee imbarqued himselfe in the ''Saint George'' in the<br />
Baye of Cales, And otherwise hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing [?deposition]
To the second hee saith the said Anthony Stephen da Balderas the<br />
producent as hee hath heard was borne at Madrid, and is a batchelour<br />
using voyages without fixed habitation And otherwise heee referreth himselfe<br />
to his foregoing deposition.
To the fourth hee saith that the said silver and wooll were laden about<br />
noone time of the day.
To the fifth hee saith that hee sawe the said John Martenson dorp signe<br />
the said bill of lading about foure or five dayes after the lading aforesaid<br />
and saith the said bills are true and reall and not fictitious. And<br />
