To the first hee answereth negatively saying hee was not in nor<br />
belonged to either of the shipps in question
To the second hee saith the said Antonio Stephen da Balderas<br />
was borne in Madrid in Spaine, and there this deponent was<br />
acquainted with him in the yeares 1638, and saith the said producent<br />
is a batchelour, and keepeth noe house, And otherwise hee<br />
referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition.

To the fifth hee saith that about foure dayes after the said lading<br />
the said two barrs aboard the ''Sampson'', Otto George<br />
signed the bill for the same and the bill for the wooll the said Otto<br />
George [?ashore] signed five or six dayes after the saigning of the bill for<br />
the silver by his Purser, and the bill for the three barrs aboard<br />
the ''Saint George'', the said John Martens signed aboard the<br />
next day after the lading thereof, And otherwise hee referreth<br />
himselfe to his foregoing deposition, saying the said bills were and are <br />
true and well.
To the 6th hee saith that upon receipt of the said barrs aboard<br />
hee this deponent heard the said masters order their Pursers<br />
to make entrie thereof in their bookes, and hee sawe the said<br />
Pursers take their notes or bookes and write therein which hee<br />
beleeveth was the same entrie, this deponent seeing them<br />
enter the same markes, And otherwise hee cannot depose saving<br />
as aforesaid.
