To the 11th hee saith that the said producent often acquainted this deponent<br />
at Cadiz that hee had money and plate to lade aboard the said shipp the ''Sampson''<br />
and (after the lading thereof) that hee had laded the same. And otherwise hee<br />
cannot depose saving as aforesaid.

To the first and second hee saith that hee hath bin used to the West Indies<br />
and that hee is unacquainted with the lawes of Spaine, and doth not knowe<br />
that it [?is] prohibited or unlawfull to lade plate bullion or silver at<br />
Cadiz or elsewhere in Spaine to be transported thence, or that there is<br />
any license required for such lading, but hee well knoweth<br />
that noe one losseth his money or plate or proprietie therein in<br />
Spaine for endeavouring to transport the same, unlesse the same<br />
