To the 13:th hee saith, hee well knoweth, That the interrate Gerard Riper, Lopez<br />
de Molina and John Baptista, and the said Peter de Zoletta the Laders of the<br />
silver now Claymed had severall goods and effects in their hands belonging to the said<br />
producent, and that in the yeares 1651. and 1652. the said producent at<br />
severall times, by derrick Hayman, Joachim Cordes Peter [?Sonnovelt] and Hendrick<br />
[?Garrell] [?Schippers] of Ostend, did in their severall shipps send his said ffactors<br />
severall Commodities to a great valew as fflanders linnen, Bridges sayes thredd<br />
knifes, rich Cabinets, Spanish laces made in fflanders and also severall quantities of<br />
stuffes, bayes and other goods from England, which the said ffactors accordingly<br />
received and had for his the said producents accompts. And further hee cannot<br />

To the 20:th hee saith, That there is Insurance made here at London by Mr Giles<br />
Vande Putt for 2000 ''li'' sterling on the silver predeposed, and in Hamborough for<br />
2500 ''li'' flemmish by one Samuel Roqueslo a Hamburgher. And otherwise<br />
negatively:/
To the 21:th hee saith the bills of ladeing interrate came over land by Poast directly<br />
from cadiz to the producent at Antwerp, who sent the same by poast from<br />
thence to Mr [?Cattel] a Merchant here in London. And further hee cannot depose:-

Baptista, and that the letters '''P d Z''' designe and signifie the aforesaid Peter<br />
de Zoletta who is a Spaniard. And further hee cannot depose.
