sworne and examined saith and deposeth as<br />
followeth videlicet:
To the first second and third articles of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
That the arlate Sarah Smetsarts this deponents mother hath lived<br />
and kept her house and family at Antwerp for eight yeares last past or<br />
thereabouts, and was and is a Subject of the king of Spaine, during all<br />
that time and till this present, and hath for theise three yeares last past<br />
sent divers goods wares and Merchandizes from thence to Cadiz and Saint<br />
Lucar for her owne accompt, and hath her ffactors residing there, to whom this<br />
deponent during that time hath in the behalf of his said mother sent severall letters<br />
of advise for the making of returnes of silver and moneys in liew of the said<br />
goods
