To the first Article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that being att <br /> Stockhollom in the yeare 1644 in the which yeare and for some tyme<br /> after there was open warr and hostility betwixt the Queene of Sweden<br /> and King of Denmarke he well remembreth that he saw within<br /> the sayd yeare 1644 the arlate shipp the ''Saint Peter'' (whereof Matthias<br /> Cornelison is or late was master) brought into Stockholme as a<br /> prize by one Captaine Lutziffer and another Captaine in the service<br /> of the Queene of Sweden, who had taken the same att sea from<br /> the King of Denmarke to whom formerly she<br /> did belong.
