35 yeares or thereabouts sworne and examined.

To the second hee saith that the lading of the said shipp at teh time of her<br />
seizure consisted in wheate, rie, barley and buck wheate, namely 25<br />
lasts of buck wheate, 14 lasts of barley, 45 lasts of rie, and 42 lasts <br />
of wheate, and that there were also 38 Prussia deales<br />
and 20 other deales aboard, all which corne and deales were<br />
laden at Dantzike and bound to be delivered at Amsterdam, and were<br />
and are all belonging to the said owners, saving 30 of the said Prussia deales which<br />
were and are belonging to a merchant whose name hee knoweth not,<br />
living in Amsterdam
