same were and are true,m and so had and done as therein is conteyned, and<br />
beleiveth that the same together with one more for the three packes<br />
of Santillana since lost (as he hath heard) and allso the said bill annexed<br />
signed ffrancois Truhotts att the foot thereof were in the possession<br />
of the sayd Juan Thomas att the tyme of the seizure, who came as Passenger<br />
in this deponents sayd shipp the ''three Kings'' aforesayd.
To the 9th and tenth articles he saith that after the lading of the sayd<br />
goods the sayd shipp ''three Kings'' and shipp ''Saint John'' arlate did<br />
depart from Saint Mallo, and in their Course for Cadiz were taken<br />
by the ''Sapphire frigott'', and that att the tyme of sseizure the<br />
sayd goods laden aboard the 'three Kings'' as aforesayd were on board<br />
her and came to the hands of the takers. And beleiveth for<br />
the reasons aforesayd that noe subiect of the ffrench King of States of<br />
the United Provinces had or hath any share title or interest in the<br />
sayd goods soe laden aboard the ''three Kings''. and further or<br />
otherwise saving his foregoeing depositions he cannot depose.
