To the fifth Interrogatory This Rendent saith the sayd shipp when this Rendent<br />
last saw her att the Barbadoes was a two deckt shipp with about 20<br />
gunnes and furniture and rigging convenient. and saith she was<br />
then in a farr better plight and condition and more fitt for sale<br />
or use than now she is, but what shee was then truly worth he cannot<br />
Judge, and more particularly being none of her Company cannot<br />
depose.
To the sixth Interrodatorie he saith he last saw the sayd shipp in the possession<br />
of the sayd Captaine Lawrence in behalfe of his sayd owners at [?Mery] att<br />
the beginning of the yeare 1652. and she was then of the burden of 260 tonnes or<br />
thereabouts. and further cannot depose.

To the first and second Interrogatories he saith he hath knowne the sayd shipp 12 yeares when<br />
this deponent 12 yeares agoe bought her att Dover of Captaine John [?HadXXX]<br />
and David Spicer for seven hundred eighty five poundes the greate<br />
part whereof this deponent payd to the sayd Vendors ere in London<br />
and hath heard them acknowledge the receipt of the rest, and hath [?received]<br />
