Mariner aged 26. yeares or thereabouts a witnes<br />
sworne and examined deposeth and saith as followeth<br />
videlicet.
To the first and second Articles of the sayd allegation This deponent saith<br />
that being att Smirna in or about the latter end of the year 1648. or<br />
bginning of the yeare 1649. not otherwise att present remembring the<br />
tyme he then and there saw severall quantityes of goods tinn<br />
Cloth pepper and other merchandises delivered to the arlate dixwell<br />
Brent then residing att Smirna by the order of the sayd Richard<br />
Ell to and for the Accompt of the sayd Gilbert Keat Thomas<br />
Jennings and Company, which goods were of the value of betwixt<br />
four and five hundred pounds and were receyved by the sayd Dixwell<br />
Brent in his life tyme, and he was to accompt for the same or<br />
the proceed thereof to the sayd Mr Keat Mr Jennings and Company<br />
or some of them for their advantage and benefit, and so much<br />
the sayd Mr dixwell Brent undertooke and promised to doe. And saith<br />
