To the first negatively.
To the 2d he saith he had knowne the producent for his youth and saith he is a<br />
Spaniard and inhabitates in Madrid with his family and was borne there and ther<br />
hath lived all the tyme, and his house is in the street called A[?locka].
To the 3d he saith he was not present att the buying the woolls in question<br />
but knoweth that the producent doth usually deale in wools. and otherwise<br />
saving his foregoeing depositions wherto he referreth himselfe hee<br />
cannot depose.
To the 4th he saith he was not att Allicant neyther saw the wools in question<br />
in the producents possession. but saith he keepes [?continuall] and constant<br />
correspondencyes with the producent and thereby well understandeth his busines<br />
and trade, and thereby understandeth that ffrancisco and Gaspard da Maxito<br />
Spaniards Inhabitants of Allicant did lade the wools in question for the<br />
Accompt aforesayd. And otherwise he cannot depose.
