all subiects of that free State, And otherwise hee cannot depose

thereabouts, sworne in Court and<br />
examined upon certaine Interrogatories ministred<br />
on the behalfe of the State saith as followeth
To the first hee saith hee was master of the said shipp the ''Saint George''<br />
at the time of her seizure, and hath bin master of her about five yeares<br />
last past, and that hee liveth and hath lived and bin maried in hamborough<br />
for theise three and twentie yeares last past or thereabouts and was borne in Wallein in<br />
Pommerland.
To the second hee saith that hee came from Malaga and was bound for<br />
hamborough with the said shipp at the time of the said seizure, and that<br />
shee began her outward voyage from hamborough in July last or thereabouts<br />
bound for Malaga upon and for account of his freighters merchnats of<br />
hamborough, namely derrick dobbelaer, John Eckhoff, Everd Ankelman<br />
harman Rentzel, Godfrey Sch[?ult]. [?haisse] Schooback, Zacharie [?Sinkland]<br />
and others mentioned in his Charter partie whereunto hee referreth himself<br />
the same being seized and brought into this Court, And saith the said<br />
derrick dobbelaer and John Eckhoff were and are alsoe part owners of<br />
the said ship. And otherwise saving the said Charter partie hee cannot depose.
To the third hee saith hee carried outwards from hamborough the said voyage<br />
peace goods, pipe staves and caseke staves, which were laden by and for accompt<br />
of the said freighters who freighted the said shipp out and home, and saith<br />
they were consigned and delivered to William Eckhoff, Maurice<br />
halmers, Michael [?Peyel]. Joachim Alers, Christofer [?Burstle], and Jacob<br />
Wolfkin at Malaga, and that the said shipp hath bin in noe other port<br />
since her comming from hamborough but at Malaga alone till her<br />
said seizure and bringing into Plimouth
To the fourth hee saith that hee was cleared and went from ffalmouth in<br />
ffebruary last and came to hamborough in the same month, and there remained<br />
with his said shipp continually till his said departure thence in July last for<br />
Malaga, and that hee carried wine and fruite from ffalmouth<br />
to hamborough which hee alsoe had brought from Malaga for accompt<br />
of his said freighters or most of them and other merchants of hamborough<br />
And otherwise hee cannot depose.
