to Captayne Price the producent, aged 17 yeares<br />

To the first artiicle of the Libell
he came to the arlate John Price as a servant<br />
and Apprentice, and that he the said Price was the<br />
Owner of an eight part of the shipp the ''West India''<br />
''Merchant'' Libellate of his this deponents knowledge And further<br />
cannot depose.

To the fifth article he deposeth and saith that the shipp arlate was of the<br />
burthen of (about) 130 Tonns, and that a lesse Number of men<br />
